ONLINE GIVING FAQ
Q: How do I give online?
Click on the “Give Online” button which will open up a new window to Fellowship One, our online giving server. Click the link to “Create an Account.” You’ll enter your first and last name, your email address, and a password and click on “Create Account.” On the next page are instructions that a verification email was sent to the email account you designated when you set up the account. Go to your email and open the verification from “no-reply” or no-reply@fellowshiptech.com with the subject of “Welcome to Riverside Community Church.” Follow the instructions and click on the link. You will come to your account.
Q: What credit cards do you accept?
We only accept VISA and MasterCard for online contributions.
Q: Is there a fee for processing online giving?
There is no processing fee.
Q: How can I keep a record of the amount I have contributed?
When you open your account, you will see the amount, the date, and where you designated the funds to go.
