ONLINE GIVING FAQ
Q: How do I give online?
Click the "Give Online" button which will open up a new window to Logos Online, our online giving server. Click the link to Create Account, where you will be prompted to enter your billing information and asked to create a User Name.
You will be emailed a password to finish setting up your account, which will then require you to enter your checking or debit/credit card information.
Q: What credit cards do you accept?
We only accept Visa and MasterCard for online contributions.
Q: Is there a fee for processing online giving?
There is no processing fee.
Q: I clicked the "Give Online" button and nothing happens. What's going on?
When you click “Give Online”, a new browser window is opened. If you are using a pop-up blocker such as the Google Toolbar, Norton Internet Security, or Pop-Up Stopper, the window will not open. Most tools will allow you to permit pop-ups on a specific website. In order to give online, you will need to allow pop-ups within riversidepeoria.com.
Q: When will this automatic contribution be charged to my account?
Once you’ve created your account and entered your account information, you may either choose to make an automatic contribution by selecting “Contribute Now,” or you can set up an automatic withdrawal by selecting “Automate Your Giving”.
When you “Automate Your Giving,” you can specify whether you want to contribute weekly, every other week (bi-weekly, or every 14 days), or monthly on the 1st or 15th, or at the end of the month. You can set up as many schedules as you would like, so it is possible to give a monthly gift as well as a weekly one.
Q: Can I test this by giving one time?
Yes. You may test Online Giving by selecting “Contribute Now!” and give a one-time gift.
Q: How can I keep a record of the amount I have contributed?
You can view your record of online giving at any time by selecting “View My Giving History.”
Q: Can I stop automatic payments?
Absolutely. If for any reason you need to stop automatic payments, simply login to your profile and select “Stop Payments” in your automatic giving section.
