COMMUNITY GROUPS
Here at Riverside Community Church, our Community Group schedule runs concurrent with the school year, beginning in September and taking a break from June through August. This allows group leaders time with family over the summer months and also provides a time in the fall for groups to shuffle a bit, if needed.
We believe that spiritual growth happens best in a small group setting where there is opportunity for fellowship, study and accountability. Every member of Riverside is strongly encouraged to become a part of a group. Groups vary in style and personality, providing opportunity for everyone to participate.
As we near the end of our 2007-2008 Community Group year, many groups have announced that they will continue to meet through the summer months. What a great sign that hearts are bonding and that community is truly happening among us! Please take a few minutes to look through our group listing for our updated summer information.
If you need help finding a group, or if you are interested in leading a group in September, please don't hesitate to call me, M-F, 8:30-3:00. I will be happy to assist you.
